Cubital Tunnel Syndrome (CTS) is generally understood to be a condition that is caused by compression of the ulnar nerve, often by connective tissue or bone. However, it may also be caused functionally with the development of active trigger points in the triceps, flexor carpi radialis and ulnaris muscles.
