Femoral Acetabular Impingement (FAI) can be managed very effectively pre- and post-surgery with the NAT Hip Protocol. I have been able to help countless patients this way. Impingement occurs when the ball-shaped head of the femur rubs abnormally or pinches (impinges) the acetabular socket. Damage to the hip joint can occur to the articular or labral cartilage.
