Switch off the inhibition to see the function return!

In today's video blog, Stuart presents common holding patterns of the hip and how the body can adapt to the dysfunctional environment created by trigger points. 

Whilst trigger points may play a big role in reducing the environment, we can often use these nociceptive inputs to deactivate holding patterns, thus playing into the body's ability to heal itself. Simply put, we aim to switch off the inhibition to see the function return.
